About

Cardholders are entitled to complimentary standard valet parking services per calendar month at selected locations across the UAE, provided through authorized third-party service providers. The number of complimentary valet parking services varies by card tier as follows:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Mawarid credit cardholders must achieve a minimum retail spend of AED 8,000 in a calendar month to qualify for the complimentary valet parking benefit.
  • Qualifying retail spend includes Point-of-Sale (POS) and E-Commerce transactions only.
  • The following will not be considered in the spend calculation:
    • Balance transfers
    • Cash-on-call transactions
    • Fees
    • Charges

Charges for non-eligibility

  • If the Cardholder does not meet the minimum spend requirement, a fee of AED 100 Plus 5% Vat Fee per visit will be charged to the Cardholder’s subsequent Mawarid Credit Card statement
  • Any visits exceeding the complimentary monthly limit—2 for Platinum, 5 for World, and 7 for World Elite cardholders—will be charged at AED 100 plus 5% VAT per additional visit. Titanium cardholders are not eligible for complimentary visits

Service Conditions

  • The valet parking benefit is applicable only during the operational hours of the respective service providers.
  • The offer is limited to standard valet parking services only. Any premium or VIP valet services or additional parking charges must be borne by the Cardholder.
  • The service is subject to availability at the time of arrival at the designated locations.
  • Locations may be added or removed at the discretion of Mawarid Finance or the service provider without prior notice.

  • The valet parking service is provided by an independent third-party operator Valtrans and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Service Providers, in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Mawarid Finance shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the services rendered by the Service Provider.
  • Mawarid Finance and the Service Provider operate as independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship is intended or created.
  • Mawarid Finance reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion, without prior notice, by publishing updates on its official website or through any other communication channel deemed appropriate.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
