Offer Details:
Get complimentary lounge access after spending at least USD 1 (or local currency equivalent) at any international point of sale or e-commerce. Check your eligibility directly in the app.
Redemption Method:
1. You receive an email or get a notification on the new spend requirement for the lounge program when you open the Mastercard Travel Pass app
2. Download and log in to the Mastercard Travel Pass app using Google Play or Apple Store
3. Re-enter your card number for validation and tick the T&Cs box, click on Confirm and your benefit will be active.
4. You can view your entitlements by clicking on the ‘Membership’ button
Offer Prerequisite:
Cardholders need internet access/data connectivity to download and register into the Mastercard Travel Pass app. Once registered, cardholders can access the lounge online or offline. Each cardholder, primary and supplementary, should show their individual QR code to avoid guest charges.
Exclusions/Inclusions/Subjectivity:
I. Titanium Cardholders need to register their flight 24 hours prior to departure time. In case of flight delay by minimum 1 hour or beyond, a lounge pass (valid for 24 hours) is sent to their registered email and SMS.
Cardholder can use the lounge pass and enjoy complimentary airport lounge access at any of the eligible DragonPass lounges.
This benefit is only available for the cardholder. Guests are not included.
Primary & supplementary cardholder must register for the flight delay benefit separately to get separate lounge passes.
II. Cardholders of Platinum, World, and World Elite issued in Kuwait, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar and UAE to spend a minimum of USD 1 (or local equivalent) in cross-border transactions with their card to unlock complimentary airport lounge access /airport dining offers with a yearly cap based on their card tier.
III. Each qualifying transaction unlocks 3 calendar months of complimentary airport lounge access / airport dining offers from the date of the last transaction.
IV. Platinum and World Cardholders receive one complimentary airport lounge access /airport dining offers before meeting the spend requirement, while World Elite cardholders receive 2 complimentary airport lounge access /airport dining offers.
V. Upon making an international transaction, eligible cardholders will receive additional complimentary lounge access, subject to a cap as outlined in the FAQs slide.
VI. The previous program leveraging the airport lounge network of LoungeKey / Priority Pass, physical Mastercard card or Priority Pass card will no longer be accepted. The new program is powered by Dragon Pass and can be accessed through the Mastercard Travel Pass app.
VII. A cross-border transaction is defined as a transaction acquired outside of the issued market. Both card present and card-not present (CNP) and e-commerce transactions qualify as cross-border spending.
VIII. For Titanium cardholders, the complimentary airport lounge program has been replaced by the Flight Delay Pass.
IX. A calendar year is typically from January 1st till December 31st, but for 2025, it will be from April 1st till December 31st. For UAE, the calendar year of 2025 will start on May 1st, 2025.
X. Complimentary access entitlement and fees for you or your guest will vary according to card tier. If applicable, fees will be charged immediately to the Mastercard on the app.
XI. Access may also be validated by showing the Membership Number on your app.
