Transactions under the following MCCs are not eligible for rewards

General terms and Condition

• Monthly Profit, Fees, Balance Transfer transactions, Easy Payment Plan converted transactions and Cash Withdrawals are not eligible to earn Loyalty Points.
• Cashback on government payments, utilities, charity,rental and telecom spends,quasi cash transactions (including Easy Cash/Balance transfer/Cash oncall) are excluded
• Earned Loyalty Points from Supplementary and Internet Cards will be credited to the Primary Card account.
• Mawarid Finance reserves the right to modify, withdraw or suspend the campaign, at its discretion and without prior notice.
• Loyalty Points are only redeemable if the Credit Card
  • Is operating (not cancelled or terminated by the Cardholder or Mawarid Finance, breach of the card agreement or misuse of the program),
  • Is not fraudulently operated,
  • Is current (no past due balances).
  • Is not in breach of the card agreement or misuse of the program

Cashback Terms & Conditions Disclosure

Cashback benefits offered under Mawarid Finance credit cards are calculated solely based on the Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) assigned to each transaction. These MCCs are provided by the acquiring bank, payment network, or merchant at the point of sale.

Mawarid Finance does not assign, control, validate, or verify the accuracy of merchant category classifications used for transactions. Accordingly, Mawarid Finance shall not be held responsible for any incorrect, inconsistent, or misleading MCCs applied by merchants or third-party payment processors.

Cashback eligibility, applicable rates, and exclusions are strictly determined based on the MCC received with the transaction at the time of processing. Mawarid Finance reserves the absolute and sole discretion to determine cashback qualification in accordance with the transaction data received through its payment systems.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Cashback calculations are not based on the customer’s perception of the nature of the purchase, but exclusively on the MCC assigned to the transaction.
• Mawarid Finance has no obligation to reassess, adjust, or compensate cashback amounts where a transaction is categorized under an MCC that differs from the actual nature of the merchant’s business or goods/services provided.
• Any disputes regarding merchant classification must be addressed directly with the merchant or the acquiring/payment network, and not with Mawarid Finance.

Mawarid Finance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend cashback categories, percentages, eligible MCCs, and exclusions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

By using the credit card, customers expressly accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

Program Changes

Mawarid Finance reserves the right to:

• Modify transaction eligibility
• Update earning or redemption rules
• Suspend or terminate the program
